Day 1: Welcome ,Welcome to Cape Town, South Africa

After having flown over the breathtaking landscape of Cape Town you will be eager for your African adventure to begin. When you step off the plane and you are welcomed by your tour guide, you will get your first taste of the vibrancy and colour that is Cape Town. Your timeless, boutique hotel is perfectly situated at the heart of the waterfront under the watchful gaze of the majestic Table Mountain, allowing the refreshing sea breeze to fill you with new life and energy. The choice is all yours on how to spend your first afternoon. You can either get pampered at the serene spa in their luxurious treatment rooms or perhaps enjoy a chilled cocktail and light lunch all while soaking up some of the warm, afternoon rays on a plush lounger as the sun shimmers across the crystal, crisp pools. However, if exploring is more appealing there is the choice of the bustling V&A Waterfront, overflowing with artisan shops filled with rare fabrics, intriguing artefacts and some authentic South African nibbles. Perhaps you are looking for a more tranquil experience, how about a scout of the yacht marina, there is no better position from where to soak in the view, as the sea mist leaves its gentle caress on your cheeks. As evening approaches and you simply can no longer ignore the tantalising smells that have called to you all afternoon, you can stay at the waterfront and experience some of the finest, fresh seafood. Regionally caught and expertly cooked or maybe an award winning Cape Malay curry. All to be paired with a top rated wine made by a local vineyard. The choices are endless but no decision is a bad one. On the other hand maybe a night in, if you would rather watch the sun as it's final beams engulf the magnificent mountains surrounding you and glistens across the Atlantic ocean as the boats dock for the evening, all from the privacy of your own room. Then why not wonder downstairs and encounter a unique dining experience with an exquisite, artisanal-style menu. With the spectacular view and sensual food this will be a true sensory effusion. For a night cap on an exceptional day, how about appreciating our word-class whiskies. For those with a sweet tooth and a love of moreish delicacies you will not be disappointed.

Day 2: , Spend the day exploring Cape Town City

The African penguin or otherwise known as the jackass penguin is a true showman. With personalities to match their dapper outfits they dive in and out of the crystal clear seas, dining on only the freshest of fish, you can't help but smile at these loveable creatures. That is why we suggest grabbing a hat and going on tour with us. The choice is yours though, would you rather be on a private excursion just the two of you or maybe jump on a double decker bus as we cruise through some of the most spectacular scenery. With the ocean going from aquamarine and serene to white and untamed as it smashes into the base of cascading rock cliffs. The roar of this clash heard for miles. Then minutes later passing through the fields of wild flowers and bushes of every colour and shape blowing in the breeze. This is a truly romantic and breathtaking outing. Once you arrive at our well dressed resident's home of granite boulders, have an explore, grab an ice cream and enjoy some local hot spots where you can pick up some great souvenirs. Then as you continue along your journey you will be off to see the tip of Africa, which has been treated with respect by sailors for centuries. By day, it was a navigational landmark and by night, and in fog, it was a menace beset by violent storms and dangerous rocks that over the centuries littered shipwrecks around the coastline. In 1859 the first lighthouse was completed, which still stands today, an adventure all of its own as you walk back into history. Why not board the Flying Dutchman funicular that will take you from the lower station at 127 metres above sea-level, to the upper station. Opening you up to a view as far as the eye can see, showing you coastlines dotted with beautiful valleys, bays and beaches, which contain a mix of extraordinarily diverse and unique fauna and flora. For the energetic souls there is an optional 40 min hike from Cape Point to the Cape of Good Hope. At Cape Point, you can also follow the footsteps of early Portuguese explorers Vasco Da Gama and Bartolomeu Dias, and enjoy a number of short walking trails leading to beautiful beaches and viewpoints. After all this beauty which is easily matched by unrestricted power, you get to settle back down into your chair and relax as you pass through the exquisite mountain ranges on your way home.

Day 3: ,World class wine tasting and a traditional lunch picnic

Whether you are a novice or connoisseur as you drive through vast Winelands surrounded by rolling hills the excitement of the day builds. Today is a day of laughter and chatter as you share glasses of quality wine with local wine makers in their old private cellars. This tour is a memorable, immensely fun, but most importantly a real South African experience. You will get a chance to learn about wine making history, how to taste wine and of course indulge in some local treats all while sharing stories with the locals. If you want to experience the best the Winelands has to offer come and experience these hidden gems only known to the locals, tasting true local cuisine. As you visit 5, premium wine estates, you will also get a chance to try a variety of locally produced, world-class cheeses. Then in the heat of mid day why not retire for a delicious lunch in the middle of the estate, surrounded by miles and miles of grape Vines baking in the dry Western Cape sun. A memory that will last forever and a way to share your trip with friends and family back home by learning how to make a traditional Cape Malay curry and samoosas,in a local home by means of a cooking class, as well as providing insight into the daily Lives of South Africans, all while exploring the cobbled streets and multi coloured homes in this multicultural settlement, then ending with a mouth-watering traditional meal shared with locals

Day 5:,Fly to Nelspruit, Mpumalanga and enjoy dinner at your luxury safari lodge in Sabi Sands

As you drive to your lodge you can see the long grass swaying in the warm breeze, the grazing antelope sheltering under the acacias all while the giraffes use their blue tongues to rip the tastiest leaves from the thorn covered branches. The heat of the day makes the glass like pool undeniable and as you lounge at the edge you slowly sip on your ice cold drink. All while surrounded by the untamable bush. Having adequately cooled down the choice is yours, lounge by the pool for a while longer and take an early evening drive a little later on. As they say there is no time in the Bush, this allows the peace of your atmosphere to invade your every thought. Maybe the private escape of a bush picnic. Our homemade baked goods and local specialties are served to the sounds of the bush providing the perfect accompaniment to make this a memorable dining experience. When late afternoon arrives a vast array of colours start to bleed across the sky. Oranges, reds and pinks set fire to the heavens. As the cool of the evening begins to take over, the unmistakable smell of the African potato bush starts to become evident. As we bid farewell to the sun, watching as the life giving orb slowly slips behind the mountains

Day 6 -8:, Spend your days seeking out the Big 5 of Africa on twice daily game drives and bush walks

Once the heat of the day dies down the animals come alive. Dancing across the plains the impala spring effortlessly into the air. These hours of dusk are almost deceivingly safe for once the dark arrives the calls of the predators begin. So while enjoying your evening remember to listen out for the laugh of the hyena or the roar of the lion, warning them to back away. The lion's roar no matter how far away still seems to vibrate within your very core, creating a sense of excitement from deep within Butlers dressed in traditional colonial uniforms anticipate your every need. All while revelling in the view of your tranquil surroundings. As lanterns light your pathway the unobtrusive light means that nothing can distract you from the sheer magnitude of stars illuminating the black sky. As you are seated you listen to the tune of the crickets and beetles and wait for your traditional South African meal. In the morning remember to search the skies for a map to the adventures below. The circling vultures will be your compass to spotting your pride for the day, perhaps still lying beside what is left from the night before. Once you set out on your game drive don't forget your cameras for you will not be disappointed. Remember to tell your guide if you want to see something specific and they will do their utmost to provide you the sightings of your dreams. With leopards being abundant in the area don't forget to scan the trees and ravines They are not an easy spot, they are perfectly camouflaged to blend into their surroundings but I'm sure your guide will have a few tricks to identify them with their many years of experience.
